Hey!

I’m Jordan Tate Burrows, I’m based in LA (and local to NYC, where I grew up), and I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.F.A in acting from Syracuse University’s department of Drama.

Here’s a little about me as an artist!

I think that acting is a distinct art form in inspiring people to ‘see’ the truth of the world we live in. My goal as an artist is to collaborate with like-minded and adventurous individuals and companies in making projects that speak to who we are and - even for a moment - universalize this life we are all living.

I have experience training and acting in classical theater; I have also had the opportunity to participate in an array of contemporary works, as well.

In addition to my theatre work, I have sought ways to engage my passion for film, as well - see res!

My devotion to film work has gotten me through multiple callbacks and initial auditions with companies like Netflix, HBO, and more.

I adore working on camera - I have always gravitated towards subtlety in my work and that just translates so well to film. There’s also little that’s more inspiring than being on a set working in a collaborative setting to produce a raw and visually explorative piece of work.

A few fun facts about me: I sing, I’m self taught on guitar and piano, I’m a long-distance runner, have a gargantuan love of hiking, an avid reader of fiction (93 books in 2025 so far), I’m a twin, a mythology nerd, novice archer, novice camper and expert road-tripper, and a proud Aquarius!
